Sabina and her team are the greatest! They will go the extra mile for your application. And although I ultimately had some problems with my application due to the Russian Consulate's appalling bureaucracy and even behavior, but everyone at WVC was very supportive and took extra care for my application. I highly recommend using their services.

You guys, this is it! Look no further! I am serious. This is the place to go if you need visa. Fantastic, prompt, professional service. This guys made everything fast, easy and smooth. Super helpful staff who patiently navigated me through all the process, helped me to fill out the online application and got all my paperwork in check. Very well organized company, I was informed of progress by email all the time. Reasonably priced and worth every penny! THANK YOU for your outstanding business. Highly recommended!

I greatly recommend the World Visit Center to anyone who is applying for a Russian visa and accompanying documents. Everything is transparent, communication is superb, the help is tremendous, they lead you all the way through. Not to mention the price that has no rival. Overall, I do not think anyone can beat WVC in terms of service. Special thanks to Sabina, who has been very pleasant to deal with!

I would highly recommend this company for help with a Russian visa. I was very stressed after reading about the issues people were having with the Russian consulate and its visa centers in the US. World VISIT Center (a separate company) made everything much easier and worked very quickly to get me my visa. I have recently graduated law school and am going to Russia after taking the bar exam and World Visit Center was amazing in assisting me with my visa. My friend chose to go with a different company and our experiences were quite different. After she mailed in her required documents and passport, she never received another communication from the company until she received her passport back around 4 weeks later. I called World Visit Center before purchasing, asked a million questions (which they answered), and then decided to go with them rather than the other company. After my purchase, I received a detailed email that explained everything that I needed to do and send in. After I submitted my paperwork and passport, I received an email from World Visit Center stating that they had received my information and would let me know if they had any questions. I received an email about a day later stating that they needed to make an edit to my visa application, explained exactly what the change was, and why they needed to make it. I gave them permission to make the change and then received a follow up email stating that my paperwork would be submitted the following day. They gave me a timeframe for when I should receive my visa and then sent me another email when they received my visa and when they would be shipping my passport back to me. The communication and customer service is unmatched. It is hard to just mail your passport off to just any company, but I felt with World Visit Center they kept in constant contact with me, told me exactly where I was in the process, and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them!

The three things that impressed us with this company vs. other travel agencies we used in the past: 1) Best communication ever. We had questions answered immediately and didn't have to sit on hold like we did with other companies. Staff was helpful and worked very fast to get us our visas and tracking #'s. 2) They took PayPal and credit cards. Other companies wanted money orders and that's just too risky to lose in the mail. + they were cheaper! 3) Processing took 2 weeks! We were told by other agencies it would take 7 weeks! We are thrilled to have found this company and we'll use them again in the future. Overall: Better, Cheaper, Faster. Thanks Sabina and staff for all of your help.

Our documents were stuck/lost at another visa center for 2.5 months, our visa applications became invalid, and we were not able to communicate with anyone at the company about it. That is when World Visit Center stepped in and took our documents. In one day, they filled out new applications for me and submitted them! Their work was incredible- quick, professional, caring AND most importantly, done with lots of communication with me, letting me know what was happening at each step. I'd like to especially point out the amazing job done by Natalia Belinskaya. She deserves a raise! Thanks, World Visit Center!

Outstanding service and communication. I don't know even where to start. This company got my kids visa paperwork from a different visa center that held it for a 1,5 months and doing nothing with it. World Visit Center received it 2,5 weeks before our departure. Called and emailed right away,establishing communication. Told me what to expect and tried their best to get our visas ready on time. Getting in the mail tomorrow and leaving on Friday. Don't waste the time to go look for a different company to work with.

On a Thursday I learned a close friend had been hospitalized in Russia. Lost, I turned to the internet and found volumes of confusing travel requirements, help sites, and Natalie at the World Visit Center. She was always ready to assist and provide guidance and reassurance, enabling me to accomplish a seemingly impossible task without a hitch. With her help, and over a holiday weekend, I was able to obtain all the necessary documents and was my flight to Moscow the following Thursday. Thank you Natalie.

My husband and I recently needed Russian visas and our travel arrangements taken care of for our upcoming trip to Moscow. Working with the World Visit Center simplified setting up travel, getting an invitation letter, and applying for a Russian tourist visa. They were recommended to me by a Russian friend. I found them to be very prompt and attentive to detail. It appears that a single individual handles all of your paperwork (Natalia in my case). She was outstanding -- quick to respond by email, give clear instructions, and keep me posted at each step. Thanks for the great customer service!
